Step One: Break up any large clumps of moss with a stiff brush
Step Two: Blow off all of the loose debris from the roof and the inside of the gutters with a commercial-grade backpack blower
Step Three: Apply granular Zinc Sulfate to the roof to kill and treat any remaining moss (Zinc Sulfate is effective and won't harm your plants or siding. Following the cleaning, the rain and wind will naturally wash away remaining moss)

We had some trees covering one side of the house that caused moss growth on the roof. Pedro was responsive and punctual and did a great job cleaning up the roof and gutters. The gutters no longer overflow with leaves and debris.
